But absolute power corrupts absolutely, and Megatron's Decepticon revolution, like many such movements, ended up becoming a whole new tyranny. Powerful, charismatic, violent, and full of rage for any who would stand in the way of his ambition and drive, Megatron brought Cybertron past the brink of destruction. Now he and his former brother-in-arms Optimus Prime fight on other worlds. Megatron will never forgive Optimus for "betraying" him, stealing from the Council the rank of Prime which was rightfully his. He has reserved for his old friend the greatest honor possible: glorious death at his hands.
Megatron has been gone for three years, but now he's returned. He's brought the monstrous Dark Energon to Earth, and quite possibly left his sanity in space. He send his warrior to kill Young Autobot. He trys to run away from his girlfriend all because he doesn't want to put her in danger. And he used to be the rival of Jack Ryan Clark

Teri[]
Even though they're on opposite sides Teri is Megatron's love interest. When The Great Devourer tried to harm her Megatron stood in his way and fought it to protect her. Teri was sad that they were on opposite sides but Megatron cheered her up, that's when she said to him that the next time the meet that she's going to do everything she can to defeat him and Megatron replies saying that he wouldn't have it any other way.
Unicron[]
Unicron is a member in Megatron's group even though Unicron's still friends with The Great Devourer. He becomes friends with Galvatron after Unicron makes deal with Gumball. & finds out that he merged Gumball & Penny into Galvatron.
Jack Ryan Clark[]
jack used to be Megatron’s rival when megatron thought jack was Teri’s boyfriend but jack told megatron Teri is just his best friend and jack was able to get megatron prepared for a outing with Teri so jack is also a good friend of Megatron and jack and megatron seem to get in a good road

The Great Devourer[]
Megatron made The Great Devourer promise to never harm Teri, although The Great Devourer broke the promise which lead to it being kicked out of the group and left for death.
