Narrator (PPG)

The Narrator is the off-screen announcer in the Powerpuff Girls TV show in cameo with The Amazing World of Gumball. Unlike most narrators in fiction he shows true emotions, like joy, confusion, depression and boredom. Every once and a while, he interacts with some of the characters, but this doesn't seem to really effect much of the plot.
